Dear Friends,

Thanks to all of you who made last year so great. Well this year seems to be even better so far. I hardly know where to begin but let me give it a shot.

I have finished recording a new acoustic CD which will be out soon. It’s very much like the Solo CD which many of you seem to enjoy. I do not have release date yet since we need to design a cover for it.

I now have a Danny Quinn channel on youtube.com thanks to Bill Diamond Productions. To know about Bill and his company just follow this link: http://billdiamondproductions.com/ To see the new Danny Quinn video channel follow this link: http://www.youtube.com/user/DannyQuinnMusician You can subscribe to the channel and you will be informed when new videos are posted. You do need to sign up with youtube if you want to subscribe, otherwise you can just click on and see the videos anytime you like.

I am blessed with many wonderful friends and David Yeadon has been one for many years. David is one of our world’s best travel adventure writers. He has been all around the globe and written many books. For more information about David please just follow this link: http://davidyeadontravel.com/ David’s most recent book, “At the Edge of Ireland”, about the Beara Peninsula in County Cork has just been released. I am truly honored to be featured in this new book. Through David’s encouragement I visited himself and his lovely wife Anne during their stay in Cork and wrote a song about it called “Song of Beara” which is on my new CD. David’s book can be easily ordered from Amazon.com: http://www.amazon.com/ref=gno_logo_kinc

My friend Liam Maguire and I are off to Ireland again for our annual Musical Tour of Ireland. This year’s trip runs from November 5-November 12. We will be visiting counties Dublin, Wicklow and Kilkenny. Marta is in charge of setting everything up and our driver Tim Cotter is a wonderful tour guide. We still have seats available for this year’s trip so if you are thinking of going booking now would be a great idea. The trips do seem to fill up fast.
